You agree to prepare some mare's poison. Moonflower retrieves a fire pepper, and a poison joke flower from her satchel.

Moonflower: "Mare's poison is super easy to make! Gettin' the ingredients is the hard part."

You ask Moonflower if you can help.

Moonflower: "Yuh uh! If you wanna give it a shot, here's what ya gotta do…"

Following Moonflower's instructions, you pour two cups of water in a cooking pot, then add the fire pepper to it. The water quickly comes to a boil. You then reach for the poison joke flower.

Moonflower: "Eee, careful! You can't touch the stamens or you'll get hexed. That's the lil' ball thingies on top."

Still following Moonflower's instructions, you carefully adds the poison joke flower to the pot, causing the water to freeze solid. You then place the pot on the stovetop, and turn on the burner.

After a few minutes, the water begins to boil again, and it suddenly turns a deep purple colour.

Moonflower: "And that's it! Not too bad, huh?"

Windcaller: "That was… safer than I expected."

The clock on the wall indicates twenty to five.
