Bug Report: Special Characters Handling in Tags

It appears that tags with special characters are inaccessible for viewing, you can view this in the below image by clicking on the "blahaj" tag (special character omitted as it may have resulted in my last forum post about this being scrapped)

While that is a problem, might as well just replace tags with special characters with tag variants that don't have the special characters.

Also, the tag is available for viewing you just need to copy paste it to search.

Not sure if this goes here, but I can't access the tag "i can't believe it's not muhammad yunus" .
Update: I can't check it through clicking on an image, but I can search for it.

Yeah I've encountered a tag like that before. No apparent reason for it to not work. Maybe if the tag was deleted from all images and recreated?
