Emerald acts like he is thinking hard on it, but then claims that Vane is just too good at the game and he doesn't want to loose more bits.

He then pushes the money towards Vane with a fake disappointed look on his face.

Vane scoops it up with a giant grin and says,

"Thanks, lil' missy! Emerald was it? Any time you want to play give me a shout!" Vane says, and after putting the money in his pocket he flies up to the crow's nest. A few seconds later a pony starts to make his way down from it, but Emerald ignores that and walks up the stairs to the wheel.

He sees Bo there, steering and occasionally making turns to correct the boats movements. He looks a lot like his father, now that Emerald gets a good look at him.

He gulps, and works up the courage to keep going.

Emerald walks up shyly to Bo and says hi.

"Oh! Hey there Emerald. How you enjoying the ride?" Bo asks with a smile.
