Emerald looks for any light from the zombies who might be searching the forest. Come to think of it, he didn't see any of them carrying torches or anything. Maybe they can cast light spells too? Or maybe they don't light at all?

Emerald fumbles around blindly, looking for a tree he can climb and get an idea of where he is.

Unfortunately he can't tell how tall or climbable the trees are in the darkness.

Nonetheless, Emerald thinks he might have found a suitable one. It might be kind of dangerous climbing trees in the dark though…
