This was one of the few doodles that I made when I first made Lola B. which was a long time ago. As if it weren't already obvious enough from her name & Cutie Mark, she adores balloons.

"Did you know Lola wasn't originally meant to be what she is now?
She was originally going to a nerdy type of pony with big glasses, a shy attitude, and a big ponytail. Then things changed up in the enigma called my 'mind'. With that big, bouncy ponytail tied behind her mane, I thought she'd be better off ditching the glasses and the shyness and sport a happy-go-lucky cheerful attitude. And with that bearing in mind, what would be her be her interest/cutie mark? I tried thinking many things that might cheer a sugar-sweet pony up, such as ice cream, cotton candy, sweets, etc. Then balloons came to mind. Everyone likes balloons, they're vibrant, colorful, stretchy, squishy, shiny, bouncy, and… well, you get what I mean. They're fun! Balloons can bring a smile to anyone's face, which Lola likes to see in people.
