Bio
The result of the union of the Spirit of Chaos and the Princess of the Sun, Hullabaloo is about as stange as you'd expect. Named by his father (supposedly as a way to keep away demons), Hulla has inherited Discord's penchant for chaos, specifically sound based. He was born with only one ear, and uses that as an excuse to be as loud and rambunctious as possible. His mother and father don't mind, though the castle staff and his aunts have taken to carrying around sets of earplugs whenever he happens to be around. He puts his love of sound to good use through his band with Derecho, Echoing Commotion, though they aren't really too popular outside of a dedicated little cult of fans.
The only time Hullabaloo can be found not making a racket is when he's flirting with others, which happens quite often. If it moves and is sentient, then he won't hesitate to lay on the charm, though usually he eases up on it after the initial meeting. Despite being considered a casanova, he's never actually dated anyone before, and doesn't actively seek out a relationship. He enjoys pulling pranks on other ponies through his chaos magic, and Discord actively encourages him much to Celestia's dismay.

Relationships
Hullabaloo's best friend in all of Equestria is Derecho, who provides the instrumentals for their band. Though they live quite a distance away from each other, Hulla's ability to teleport instantaneously allows them to see each other every day. They usually don't do much other then wreck mayhem and work on their music, though it isn't unlikely to actually find them just hanging around and genuinely enjoying peace and quiet. Hullabaloo also gives Derecho relationship advice sometimes, and actively tries to get him and Macoun to just kiss already dammit.
Hullabaloo's relationship with his parents is…complex to say the least. Despite having much in common with his father, he tends to distance himself from Discord as much as he can, as he's uncomfortable with his past actions and attitude in general. Though he won't admit it, he's afraid that some part of himself has that malicious urge to play with others' lives and bring them pain, even if his father had long since let that side of him fade with time. Hulla's relationship with Celestia is a bit better, though he has problems realizing that his mother is not perfect, and she doesn't expect him to be perfect either, and so he usually puts up a stoic facade whenever he attends royal dinners and galas and the such.
Hullabaloo considers his cousin Elara to be his sister-from-another-mister (even if she doesn't have a father) and takes any opportunity to mess with her like a good big brother should. She says she hates it but she couldn't imagine what she'd do if he wasn't around.
