This is a little something I worked up as a sort of gift. I have recently become a fan of Taikgwendo's Extinction comic (http://taikgwendo.deviantart.com/art/Extinction-COVER-564661537). It is beautiful and masterful! And I just adore the "main" character. A young albino Qilin that is only known as "Baby". You really feel for the little guy. I wanted to make something as a tribute and a crossover pic, and to spread the word about this artist and her work.
Here we see Lady Yin kindly attending to her young guest in the Valley of Neigh-Beyul. After learning what the poor Baby has been through, I can totally see her being motherly to the little fella. Giving him a place to rest by the Dragon's Lake under the blossoming Peach Trees, with a plump peach for a treat!
