Wanted to draw some pointless fluff as well as do some shading practice.

Rarity and Joe had just put their little girl down for a nap when they to decided to get a few minutes
shut eye after a tiring day. However Scarlet was the first one to wake up and so she decided to go
have a talk to her unborn brother while she waited for her parents to wake up. She was so excited
to be a big sister and would often ask to listen or feel the baby as well as tell him about her day.
Rarity found it adorable yet at the same time kind of frustrating when she was trying to work.

"Hey…"

Joe slowly started to wake up as he could hear quiet whispers.

"Are you awake?"

The small squeaking voice was easy to identify and he didn't have to look to see who it was.
Still he slowly opened one of his eyes and squinted down at his daughter standing with her
head pressed against her mother's stomach. Rarity, still fast asleep, hadn't noticed anything.

"Mom and dad are still asleep. They are sooo booooring. I can't wait for you to be here. There are so many
games I want to teach you, oh and I need to show you my new stuffed dog. He is the best. His name is-"

Joe smiled softly and sighed tiredly, making sure not to show that he was awake. He
closed his eye once again and listened to Scarlet describe in great detail every toy in
her room. Trying to take in her excited whispers before drifting off to sleep once more.
