Proof of concept/concept art of slightly minimalist Rarity themed playing cards. At least for the diamonds, as other members of the mane 6 would better suit the other suits (which would imply I would even stick with heart/diamond/spade/club).

This is very rough, there's hardly any symmetry (it's all eyeballed, and only decently at best), and I outlined it so I could do it much faster. I might use a different font or two to see how they look… Also no face cards (or ace), although I do have plans for those. Oh, do I have plans. And who knows, I might do a whole 52 card deck and get it printed or something. Maybe. Maybe not. I don't know.
