Does being made from parts from various different ponies cause any identity issues for Penelope, à la Ship of Theseus?

Penelope: or at least I think so. Back in my early days of creation, I had no idea who I was. I hadon't no free thought, no personality of my own. The only thing running through my minds were the terrified thoughts and screams of the 8 terrified ponies who went into creating me. It took a few months before I started becoming my own individual. By the time a year came around, I was mostly a whole new pony… though occasionally we do hear them. I'm not sure why, but the only way I know to shut them up is by hugging them and telling myself that everything is alright.
