Type-A soldiers are based on the Imperial troops from Final Fantasy VI, Type-C soldiers are colored to match an Imperial Soldier field sprite, as they go with the soldiers Flash Sentry steals a disguise from, and the Type-D soldiers are intended to give the impression of cybernetics.

Type-C commanders replace Sombra's personal bodyguards in the palace and go with a matching field sprite.
