>Taku grabs onto the creature's arm in an attempt to stave off suffocation.
>As the creature lifts her off the ground it's form pulses.
>"HIC! STOP!!! PLEASE!!! I DON'T- UGLK!!!"
>The creatures other hands begin moving towards towards her rear.

>She starts kicking trying to keep the creatures hands at bay.
>You gotta do something and fast.
>You look around, nothing to use as a weapon.

>Wait! the sword!
>it's still embedded in the creature.
>"CAST SOMETHING!!!" You shout darting to the creatures side.
>"CAST WHAT?!" Moonie panics.
>"ANYTHING!" You shout.
>She quickly begins charging a spell in her horn.
>You jump under the creatures arms and bite onto the sword and push.
>Wait, SHIT.
>The blade is facing towards you.
>You turn the creature.
>This might actually still work.
>You keep pushing until you've turned the creature completely around.
>As you do so a blast of magic slams into it, just above it's lowest arm with a sickening snap.
>Two of it's arms go limp, including the arm strangling Taku.
>As she hits the ground she starts coughing.
>The creature lashes out with it's remaining arm and legs.
>You maneuver yourself to the other side of the sword and push again.
>This time the sword cleaves through it's flesh spilling pulpy white blood.
>It's thrashing becomes too intense to be near it any longer and you pull the sword out and back away.
>Despite the severe damage it has taken it reaches for Taku once more.
>Moonie fires another blast, this one aimed at one the remaining arms elbows, snapping it backwards.
>Limbs dragging along the ground it continues it's pursuit.
>"DIE ALREADY!!!" Moonie screams as she fires another blast, this one into it's gaping wound.
>The creatures bulbous abdomen explodes into a fleshy pulp.
>It's remaining limbs freezing for a moment before going limp.
>You rush to Taku's aid as she feebly gets back up on her hooves.
>"Are… Are you ok?" you ask.
>"NO!!! Cough NO I'M NOT OK!!!"
