Larimar suddenly gets the idea of tying the long length of rope beside the bridge to spikes on opposite ends of the chasm. He then shimmies across, ending up on the other side of the broken bridge.

Larimar is quite pleased with himself. Usually he isn't much for this kind of thing, and he feels quite proud that he figured it out.

The colt heads to the next room, and comes to find he still isn't quite out of the woods yet.

This room is smaller than the previous one, but nearly as barren. The only things in here are a doorway across from him, some bridge planks set on a back wall, and a large pool.

Approaching the pool he sees that there is some sort of foul looking black liquid inside it. Whatever it is, it burns his nose when he gives it a sniff. In the center of the pool there is a small pedestal with a key sitting atop it.

Sighing, Larimar heads to the entrance across from the one he entered and attempts to open it.

Locked. Of course it is.
