Emerald decides to be a bit more transparent with Sushi, and tells her why he is talking to her. Emerald tells her who he is and explains that he wants that gem from the safehouse, for at the very least he wants to keep it out of the Whitherwater royalty's hooves.

"Heh. Your a cheeky one, aren't you? I have to admit that I'm surprised I'd be seeing THE Emerald Jewel from those wanted posters. Now listen. You must be some sort of tough or crafty because you've gone this long without getting caught, but infiltrating a Government safe house is on a whole different level." The mare says as she takes a few pieces of sushi, "You talk like the Monarch is one incredibly powerful being. Not so. It's made up of hundred of loyal workers and soldiers. Do you have anyone you can depend on like that? Any people with the skills needed to break into a government safe house? Anyone on the inside?"

Sushi chuckles to herself at the mere suggestion of it.
