This is a discontinued practice run of Fausticorn on 14 ct black aida to see how well the colors work. Stitched over 7 days. About 7.5 inches from horn to bottom of neck and 4 inches wide. I, PartsAndDrafts, am not the original artist; Sagegami is.
For the real run I intend to stitch all of Fausticorn on 32 ct navy Belfast linen with better colors (comes out to be 12 in x 12 in). That may have to wait since I need to do more research on colored threads and I need more motivation to commit to such a large project. I also need to do more edits on the original image for a better cross stitch result.
