Personality:
Although she was born different from her family, being born a pegasus because of distant Pie family genes, Confetti Surprise is a child of Pinkie and Cheese through and through. She's extremely motherly, good with kids and infinitely understanding, gentle and sweet but fiercely protective! Confetti is there when ponies need a shoulder to cry on, able to put her fun-loving self aside to focus and strategize on issues. However, this can take a toll on her, as overwhelming herself with other ponies’ problems causes her to become extremely scatterbrained. Even then, Confetti means well and only wants to be the dependable friend she is known as.
Relationships:
Confetti is as close as can be with both of her parents. With the same fun-loving attitude as them, there is never a dull moment when the three of them are together. In fact, it was Pinkie and Cheese who helped her discover her passion for throwing parties and spreading joy. Confetti is more than happy to take over for her parents at home while their party senses take them across Equestria, but she can’t deny it is a lot to handle. But she does it all with a smile, just as they taught her to.
Two of the biggest joys of Confetti’s life are her little siblings, Cheesy and Creamy. Always a natural with kids, Confetti has taken it upon herself to look after them and make sure they’re happy and cared for. Especially while their parents are out and about, Confetti often finds herself acting as a second mom to them. But they still find time to just have fun as siblings, as a (pretend) trio of party planners.
Galaxy Guard has been Confetti’s best friend for as long as she can remember. Playmates as fillies and short-term girlfriends as young teenagers, the two have now grown into close confidants. Even Confetti has her hard days, and she knows she can go to Galaxy whenever she needs to get something off her chest. And she’s there for Galaxy whenever she needs to vent too, especially during their monthly flights together. Both may have changed over the years and Galaxy may have developed more of an…attitude, but they are still close as ever.
Confetti may be well acquainted with all of the Mane Six kids, but after a certain map mission she has developed a particular appreciation for Lightning Bolt. While they’d always known each other, the experience helped her see his intelligence and work ethic up close, even if it did come off to an awkward start. Now, they definitely have a newfound respect for each other. But that respect will grow into something more in time~

Pinkie and Cheese’s filly at heart, Confetti always believed her destiny was to be a party planner just like them. After all, the balloon and confetti on her flank was earned in a very similar way—it can’t mean anything else but a life of spreading joy! However, Confetti has always been more of a homebody than her traveling parents, and it seems she’s better at cheering up the little ones more than anything. This is something she will come to realize in time.
