Mulberry decides the guards are probably going no where soon if they've already waited six hours.

Mulberry decides she should try to get out of here. She thinks of maybe going to City hall and complaining to the Mayor and demand what is going on, but maybe she should do something else?

She figures she could go out through the Grocery store since they won't be able to see her from the balcony. She'll have to look for a key or something to lock it back up.
