Dental Authority was on team 'everypony chill the fudge out' when Tommy's little spell went haywire. Her stature and experience in a mayoral role proved a very important asset in aiding the princesses calm the masses, her ability to command attention and order whilst being so gentle and softspoken is an ability few possess, no Canterlot royal voice needed here. Maybe its because she is so used to ponies running amock when it is time for their dental check ups as well… even though the situation is a little more dire here wouldn't you say?
I'm sure the cute mare turned stallion is feeling her fair share of panic as well but she knows a thing or too about keeping it together as to not provoke further hysteria.
