2. Flurry's prowess with her magic, of course, is quite impressive — even from an early age. She can manipulate several elements with ease, and her "ice-dancing" is absolutely a beautiful sight to behold. The alicorn, however, doesn't hold his over the unicorn's head. Flurry Heart is highly sympathetic with Dawn's far weaker magic and her feelings over such. She always ensures to encourage Dawn, and offers lessons when she can. Dawn loves her cousin's understanding, but is often still intimidated over her sheer power.
3. When it comes to training to become leaders of their respective kingdoms, these two actually are a force to be reckoned with. Dawn's talent in her writing and intelligence matches with Flurry's talents in diplomacy and her ability to connect with near everycreature, it seems. Flurry is often impressed with Dawn's diction (and loves throwing in suggestions) but the unicorn often wishes she had the confidence and presence of the alicorn when she's giving one of her often-riveting speeches.
4. "Now, stop that, ladies. I'm nowhere near perfect. You've seen my baby pictures? My wings are as big as I am. I still haven't grown into them and I never will! Its just something I gotta be okay with."
Flurry adores Annie as much as Dawn and hates it when they both think that either their manes aren't brushed enough, or they didn't practice enough, or that they're just plain weirdos. In a way, Flurry sometimes feels like a slight outcast herself — sometimes even called "the false alicorn" (and of course tabloids and blogs always try to come up with different theories on why her wings are so terrifically huge). However, these feelings she keeps to herself. After all, she is a princess. And she wants to strive to be a leader as good as her mother one day.
5. Jupiter Sky often asks to come along on Dawn, Flurry, and Athena's training sessions. He claims he just simply can't get enough of the political aspect of their conversations, and he loves studying the different spells they utilize. However, his want to join in becomes a little more obvious once he gets to talk with Flurry. He always ensures he appears as articulate, talented and charming before the youngest alicorn. Flurry appears mostly amused over his efforts. Dawn isn't.
