i think Fluttershy and Discord have always been my favorite ship

Discord was overjoyed when he found out Fluttershy was pregnant with their first child, Chitter. He practically babied her and never let her do too much in fear that she would hurt herself. Hed often just spend a lot of time cradling Fluttershy and gently speaking with her about how wonderful she was going to be as a mother. Discord also became extremely protective of Fluttershy during her pregnancy so it made her friends visits to her a little terrifying since he would snap at them. They were honestly both a little surprised when Fluttershy ended up laying an egg instead of giving a live birth, so Discord took the duty of watching over the egg so Fluttershy could have some time to herself until it got closer time for the egg to hatch. Fluttershy was the first pony Chitter saw while Discord was the first one Flux saw when they hatched.
