Sometimes to be a good friend you need to be cruel to be kind, RT is such a couch potato and Air Brakes is trying to encourage her to move her body a little more to be more healthy. The thicc rainbow mare is exhausted just doing the initial warm up and stretches, I'm sure he will be patient and take his time with her, carrying an impressive amount of blubber himself, whilst still being amazingly fit gives her a lot of hope that anypony can do it if they just start with filly steps. I'm sure the gentlecolt will treat her to a nice hayburger after the regime is done to get her strength back up, I bet that will be the sole motivator for her not to wave the flag and collapse on the floor as much as she'd like to XD she doesn't realise how lucky she is to have such an awesome and tentative fitness coach. Hopefully when she starts seeing results she will be more grateful towards him further down the line, rather than seeing him as this big lug of a meanie who is getting her to move for once XD
