“We can stop now. You finally managed to keep a good posture.”
Hercules exhaled deeply as his body finally relaxed. Now feeling more like himself he wanted a break “Gruhhf raghrrh nigrrh?”
The changeling felt a headache slowly itching at his temple, “No, you can’t go smell some flowers at the border, not until we’re done with practice completely.”
“Gru-”
“No.” He ended the conversion at that, but as soon as he turned to head to the hive Hercules’ voice stopped him on his tracks.
“I like to have time to myself, helps me focus a lot when I’m doing what I like.”
Pharynx glares at him in frustration, with a now pounding headache after hearing his own words and his exact voice used against him. If he didn’t let Hercules go he’ll definitely do it again.
“…Fine, you can go.” As he watched the dragon-hybrid runaway, he looks back at the direction of the hive thoughtfully.
If he gets an earful from his brother his definitely going to extend practice for an entire week.

Hopefully, it’s not a terrible read.
So Pharynx in the story feels obligated to teach Hercules to have some basic training in defense. Of course, it’s a challenge when your training someone who’s bigger and naturally stronger than you in the muscle department, and other times is hard to say no to him.
On the other hand Hercules wants to eat some flowers and meet someone new.
Also, Hercules’ words are gibberish to a lot of the ponies who speak to him, only a few somehow can understand him.
