Acai (full name Princess Stella Acai Berry Pie) is a greatly unappreciated member of Equestria's royalty. The daughter of Princess Luna (still in power, thanks to my likely irrational hatred of season 9) and Princess Pinkie Pie is a happy-go-lucky musician; but thought of as somewhat of a failure by the Canterlot nobility. Her family could not be more supportive of her choices, but Acai tends to feel like a disappointment despite this, driving her to try and prove herself constantly.

Acai has a hard time making friends due to her misunderstanding of personal space (well, she considers many her friends, but not many consider her their friend); but those she is close with quickly grow fond of her bubbly personality and somewhat hidden mischievous side.

Finally, Acai lives in Ponyville, away from her family. She visits them every weekend, but feels generally safer and more comfortable around the less judgy residents of her hometown.

Also, its not an oversight on my part, she actually doesn't have a cutie mark. She's totally fine with this, unlike her critics. Her friends are very supportive of this, but are all somewhat curious as to what her true calling is, if not music…
