The good news is she's actually fairly nice and friendly, and she'll actually do what you summoned her up to do as a show of faith to her subjects. Bad news is she's nice and friendly because she knows she's so absurdly powerful she has nothing and no one to fear and doesn't have to take things very seriously or be worried about what Celestia or the Elements of Harmony could do to her. Things could get real bad real quick if you make her mad, and there's not a whole lot anyone could do to stop her, so make sure you're nice and respectful back to her :P
