Introducing a side next gen au which has no plot line other than characters kissing. Also there are soulmates but that’s just a thing I wanted to add… may add more stuff as i go because i like dumb tropes hehe

Twilight Sparkle and Time Turner had known and respected each other greatly for a very long time before the whole soulmates thing happened. Needless to say, they were awkward and a bit nervous around each other when the little red string connected them for the first time, but they easily relaxed around each other. Both of them seem to know exactly what the other needs and when, which both are extremely grateful for. Not long after they tied the knot, their little bundle of joy Smudged Serif was born. Serif is a quiet stallion with a talent in bookkeeping, though he mainly works as a librarian. Though he tends to be in his own little world daydreaming, he actually is extremely smart; just like his parents are.

Rarity had never really thought about taking a partner, if she was honest. In fact, she didn’t ever think she would have the time for it, either, at least until Tempest came into her life. They seemed to get along quite well, but when the red string of fate tied them together, they just weren’t sure what to do. They decided they would have a child and see how that went, which wasn’t the best idea, but they couldn’t really think of anything else. So, Velvet was born. It actually seemed to work and Rarity and Tempest wed after they dated for a bit longer. Velvet was the total opposite of her parents, shy and reserved and not aggressive at all, but rather she was interested in building and architecture.

Rainbow Dash and Capper were a very unlikely couple to appear after the Storm King events, but somehow they naturally just clicked, even before the red string of fate bound them together. Capper was always an interesting character to Rainbow, and while she wasn’t sure if she would ever like him in that way, she certainly could get along with him well. After their extravagant wedding, Rainbow bore a single child to them; a daughter named Ragamuffin. Muffin is the perfect child of Rainbow and Capper, with an adventurous nature and a love for riches, while being competitive and sly. Often, she’s doing business honestly, but every once in a while she seems to have to do… a bit more to get what she wants. She’s also a smooth talker, which probably comes from both sides of the family. She works as a veterinarian and adores little animals, like cats and dogs. Hm.

Applejack and Discord were one of the least likely couples to get the red string of fate, especially since Applejack seemed to get fed up with Discord on the Mane 6’s little excursions with him. However, once they talked things out, they seemed to follow into a natural order, and being together just seemed normal. Applejack started to even find Discord’s little pranks to be funny and it allowed her to loosen up, and Discord himself needed an honest character to keep him from doing anything too ambitious. The two aren’t married as of now, but plan to in the future. Autumn Ambrosia Cider, affectionately nicknamed Puffball, is the couple’s only son— a chipper young foal who seemed to inherit every strand of fur and hair from both sides of his family. He’s quite kind and loves to make others happy, and while he’s quite small, he’s strong as well. He just seems to be hiding a secret…

Rockhoof and Fluttershy met by accident after the pillars were released from their prison, and it was an instant click between them, even before the whole soulmate thing. They even happened to be secretly dating before the red string of fate showed their hooves bound together, with a son already on the way. Sundappled Pond (more commonly known as Oak) is a strong but silent type stallion who inherited his father’s immense size and Flutter’s kind heart. He has a soft spot for all things soft, sweet, squishy, and fluffy. Of course, this means his crush on one of his friends is quite obvious, but he doesn’t seem to know that. He's easily flustered being around her. Considering his mother is a pegasus, he prefers down time that is usually used for preening. Oak is actually a preening expert despite having no wings.

Pinkie was one of the only ones who seemed to have no interest in finding her soulmate, but when she accidentally ran into him, it was like her eyes had opened. There was a bit of conflict when Rainbow pointed out that Dumbbell hadn’t been very kind to her or Fluttershy, but after a while, it was soon accepted by the group that Dumbbell and Pinkie were a thing and amends eventually were made. Strawberry Milk is the cheerful one of the group with a positive outlook on basically everything, and who seems to be able to read people’s emotions extremely well. She really likes Oak but she's too nervous to really admit anything, though she does flirt best she can, which easily flusters him.
