What does it feel like to be alone? To me, It feels like a lonely tree standing alone in an empty pasture, no clouds, no sun, no animals, just the tree, the grass, and the wind whispering to nopony in particular.

But my isolation is for the best. Many ponies have heard I'm no longer a simple earth pony and wanted to get me for their own good, one group even wants to use me to overthrow the Equestrian royalty. Now, I live alone in the wilderness, avoiding pony society. I do not know what my family are doing, heck I don't even know who they are and where they live, all I know I can't meet them.

“If I had not made that wish” I whispered to myself, closing my eyes, fighting the tears, fighting the thoughts of seeing my family again.
