Every commenter pounding the Communication, Communication, Communication drum is 100% correct. All I'd like to add is that there's also a lot to explore — for everyone at every table — in terms of what you know you want, what you think you want, and what you don't know you want. That can be very difficult to communicate with each other as you learn it, especially with a group that's still at least partially new.
