Description:

1-2. Ever since he was five, and his Aunt Dash got him front-row seats to Hinny of the Hills, Proud Skies has been deeply in love with drama and the theater. Seeing the other ponies and creatures stepping into a completely different role, assume a new personality, and create new stories that could only be told on a sweeping stage, the colt was entranced and has been so since. He loves studying the history of the art and how its evolved over time. He knows the soundtracks to many different plays by heart (though Hinny of the Hills and Tune of Music are still his favorites). One day, he wants to step out onto a real stage, underneath the blazing lights, bringing the world-weary but lovable protagonist to life. Or, even antagonist! Heck, he'd settle for joke-cracking sidekick. Sky just hopes one day, he will have the opportunity. The little pegasus finds that he can become almost anycreature as he assumes all kinds of different personas as he practices. He even knows how to cry on cue (which can freak his friends out sometimes).

3. Despite his adoration for all things theater, there are a few things that make Proud Skies feel like he might not have that opportunity. Though he works well on a team, sometimes he can become socially withdrawn and become overwhelmed. He can practice his lines for hours as he arranges his comic collection, or perform a whole collection of scenes in front of a mirror. But sometimes, acting in front of others terrifies Sky and he feels like the world is closing in around him. However, instances like this don't deter the young colt. He may become discouraged at times, but his closest friends (Pippin, Pixel Stream, and Gavin) are right there in his corner. They have sat for many hours, listening to different iterations of certain lines, observed many different scenes, and sang many songs together. The nonjudgmental, unwavering support he gets from his friends and family helps Sky's self-confidence, and each day his dream feels closer and closer to reality.
