I like to think about Flurry Heart trying to share things with her new best friend, including the joys of flying. Of course Monsoon doesn't have wings, so Flurry has to try and make due with what she's got. Unfortunately, that's a lot harder than she anticipated, but she's stubborn and doesn't want to give up that easily. Monsoon worries about how this is all gonna turn out in the end.
