I feel like that all the time, in any kind of rain. It's honestly unhealthy. I think I have a problem.
Rain gets less beautiful when you're worried about it soaking into your phone, wallet or screwing with your clothing layers somehow.
I can agree that in very rare cases like a summer morning on the weekend when you're out doing a little gardening, some summer rain can be just what the doctor ordered.
It's a very specific, very rare, very comfy kind of feeling. The lighting in the image does an impressively good job of capturing it.
