Chihiro is a loud and chaotic little imp who loves to be the center of attention and adoration. She's absolutely the Apple of Daddy Discord's eye as her older sister is a bit of a stickler and her brother is too focussed on carnal exploits.
Most of her day is spent teleporting around Equestria to prank people. Her tricks are equal amounts malicious and funny but that's the only thing she has good judgment on. If she had to be placed on an alignment chart, she'd fit well under "chaotic dumbass" as she regularly gets herself into trouble, usually by accident.
When she's not being absolutely insane, she's being a total cuddle monster. Like a cat, she loves anything warm and will snuggle up with anyone who lets her stay.
Chi is also a pop singer and does a lot of public events and parties. Her singer persona is much more flirtatious than what she actually presents. A number of her young fans consider her their first crush.

-Chihiro's cutie mark in a geometric heart which is on the soles of her hind hooves
-Chihiro has a love-hate relationship with Wyken which stems from the fact that they're magical rivals. Chi also has a mild crush on him and she finds that interesting as she's never been attracted to a man. As such, she likes to torment and flirt with him
-While Chi rarely has a bad thing to say about anyone, she has an actual full-on rivalry with her ex-gf Coda De Capo. The two are rival pop stars and the general public and their fans love to document the beef between the two. There is a lot of bad blood between them.
