You tell Healing Spring that you think so, and that it healed up while you were taking a bath in the Everfree Forest last night.

Healing Spring: "Fascinating! I've heard Crystal Charm talk about some pond, but I had no idea it was that effective. In any case, feel free to keep the enchanted ice pack. It's always a useful thing to have!"

You thank her for the gift, and ask the two mares what they are up to.

Sapphire Kite: "We're here to assist ponies in training, so if you need anything, don't hesitate to come to us.
