Guest Author's Note: To be clear (since a concern was raised as to how this might look), by "spiked" Pinkie refers only to the action of adding alcohol, not to any intention to make Twilight drunk.

Pinkie Pie: Okay, sorry! I'm sorry I accidentally spiked your drink.
