You glance over at the other challengers in the room. Ponies of all shapes and sizes are adorned in armour and colourful outfits, most of which you notice have exposed hindquarters.

After letting your eyes wander for a minute, a familiar-looking griffon by the far wall catches your attention. You call out to Gerwalta.

Gerwalta: "Hrm? Oh, it's you. What are you doing here?"

You tell her that you're participating in the tournament.

Gerwalta: "… Good luck with that."

Announcer: "Let's make some noise for our first challengers: Zaroun versus Steadfast the Immovable!"

The crowd cheers loudly as a zebra and a large stallion make their way into the ring.
