Did this a while ago, but I found it again and I thought I’d make some dialogue!



“Come on, Summer!” Duchess Twilight Sparkle called to her foal, who had stopped to smell some daisies. “We don’t want to be late. I promised Apple Jack a visit at Sweet Apple Acres, and you have someone to meet!” Summer looked up as trotted back over to her mom, flapping her tiny wings. “Sorry momma, I got distracted!” She said. Twilight brushed her wing over her. “It’s alright, dear. But let’s pick up the pace!”
The two made it to Sweet Apple Acres within a few minutes. Summer had been there before, but she never ever had realized how big the farm was. Standing at the gates, a burly orange pony stood with a tiny filly next to her. “Duchess Sparkle! Good to see ya!” She beckoned, raising a hoof. “Apple Jack,” Summer’s mom said. “You don’t need to call me that. I may have a crown, but I’m still just another pony,”
Apple Jack opened the gates and trotted over to them. Behind her, the tawny yellow filly followed, shyly. Apple Jack stood next to Twilight, looking up at the Duchess. “Shucks, Twi, I keep forgetting how tall you are!” Apple Jack said, raising her hoof between the two. “Well, it has been a while since our last visit.” Twilight said. “And, hello!” She added, leaning down towards Apple Jacks foal. She hid behind her mothers back. “Come on now, Pumpkin. You’ve met the Duchess before.” Apple Jack nudged her foal in front of her.
“Hi,” she said, looking down. “And this is Summer Sunrise!” Twilight said. A silence grew. “Um. Summer?” Twilight said, taping her on her head. Summer stared deep into Pumpkin’s green eyes. She’s so pretty…. Summer thought. The most prettiest girl in Equestria! “Oh, um, hi!” Summer said, pushing up her glasses.
Twilight smiled. “Wow, Apple Jack. I’m very amazed of how well your taking care of the farm all by yourself! With Big Mac and Apple Bloom gone, this place looks just how it always did. Even better!” Twilight said, looking at the great landscape of thousands of apple trees. “Yeah, it’s a lot of work, but Autumn help out when she can, and little Pumpkin here is just starting to learn the art of Apple Harvest!” Pumpkin smiled, embarrassedly. Summer waved at her. Pumpkin waved back, with a smile.
OH MY CELESTIA! SHE SMILED AT ME! “Score!” Pumpkin looked at her strange. Whoops, did I say that out loud? Summer asked herself.
