Because I don't believe that in the 'MLP:FiM world' that the Frozen North is nothing but a barren wasteland, I've looked into what its sociopolitical situation would be like. Low population over a very large area means that communities are very close-knit, and made up of just about anything that lives there, including what would be considered 'animals' in other parts of the world. Just because they barely talk (if at all) doesn't mean they're not sentient! (Or that their opinions and strength should be ignored. :P )

Since Frozen North communities would include ponies of any kind, changelings, polar bears (why not?,) seals, and even killer whales (sure, why not!,) this means their government is also made of this same mish-mash. I've kind of deliberately omitted gryphons and dragons (and thinking back I should have included gryphons -at least-, darn.) Moose would also have been an hilarious addition. :)

Besides, I was getting to the point of losing patience in drawing this. Damn my lack of skills…
Note: If 'Equestria' is roughly equal to real world United States, then 'Frozen North' is roughly Canada, eh?
