Now that we've re-met Twilight, let's see what Spike is up to! Spike is Twilight's faithful advisor, and the Ambassador of Friendship for all the creatures around the realm. Always loyal and faithful, he also helps Twilight juggle her loads of responsibilities. When Twilight wasn't around, he would watch after Flurry and the two have become very close because of it. He might be her uncle, but she sees him more as a big brother as he sees her as a little sister. Now that he's moving onto the next phase of his life, he's ready to make some changes which maybe even include looking for love. Still, his family remains the upmost important to him and he's always there to give Flurry advice and hang out with her and her new friends.

Here's my redesign for Spike! I don't think he looks particularly bad in the Last Problem, it was just a bit jarring to see him without any semblance of his former cuteness. I thought I'd make him just a bigger version of his younger self, and he's actually based off a dragon from one of my non pony-related stories.
