Attempting to make a deal with the dark king of the Frozen North, Twilight opened her mouth to speak, ignoring the blistering cold nipping at the skin under her short haired coat.
"K-King Sombra. I know you're about to make another move on the C-Crystal Empire, but I'm here to stop you… I want to make a treaty." She said, voice shaky. Sombra merely peered down at her, his sneer as cold as the area surrounding them.
"A treaty, hm? May I perhaps ask what you had in mind?" He asked firmly, the bridge of his snout wrinkling with irritation at Twilight's presence. She gulped, then continued.
"I was thinking… Th-that… in exchange for the safety of the Crystal Empire… I give you something in return- but it can't be th-the Crystal Heart…" She finished, legs and body quaking from both fear and bitter, freezing winds. Sombra's sinister look softened as he averted his gaze, thinking. If it wasn't the Crystal Heart, what could he possibly want? He looked back at Twilight and spaced, then, ever so slowly, his eyes began shifting down. And down. And down. He kept pondering, circling the young royal, looking her over as Twilight watched with eyes filled with oncoming dread. He stopped once he made a full circle around her, and his scowl turned into a grin.
"Yes… that could work quite nicely in my favor…" He mumbled, taking his hoof under her chin as he lifted it, peering into her purple eyes. "Quite nicely indeed…"
Twilight was now concerned, what did the King think of? "What will work nicely for you…? D-Did you think of something…?" She asked. Sombra's grin opened a bit, to where his sharp teeth were deviously glimmering underneath his lips.
"Indeed I have… I want you to produce an heir for me. With you and I combined, this child would be a force to be reckoned with… And of course… if you refuse- I suppose I will be returning to my original plan." He responded maliciously. Twilight couldn't believe this… but she had no choice…
