Toxic, while upset about being tied up, wasn't above messing with his captors by making some none to subtle innuendos. Mids was absolutely mortified, being the purer of the duo while Tides was… just shocked. Neither of them had ever been spoke to so casually before and were flustered.

How was one supposed to respond when a suspect showed an interest in them? Called them cute and complemented them on their rope tying skills. Even went to far as to make strange purring/buzzing sounds that tickled their ears. Training never covered things like this and the two of them (mostly Mids), were left unsure.

This was how Toxic managed to escape from their grasp the first time (and a few times after).
