I decided to update Colonel Autumn's uniform in a way that would suit Anna better. A while back I had decided to remove the back part of the uniform so there is more cutie mark visibility, and now I've decided to replace the black part around the neck (which I could never work out) with a scarf (a black version of Wind Rider's).
