Arctic and PB both grew up in Snowhaven, and they had always been rivals since young
PB had always wanted to fight and prove herself to be waaaay better than Arctic
and Arctic, well, kinda sees it as a nice little competition, although it can get a little annoying sometimes as PB would get intense about it and just attempts to make everything a competition and he would sometimes fight back too
(Like Pie eating contest? Oh yeah PB is definitely going full out on it)
But they both had things that they are good at, so it had been a pretty close rivalry where both of them had their fair share of winning and losing
