IDK what I'd name her yet, but she is the daughter of two prominent, powerful members of the alicorn council, and because of it has always been in the public spotlight. She's lived her life under pressure, always trying to perform her best as a princess. She took up the job of the royal event planner, to try and earn her merit in the palace, but it's… not exactly her calling. Nor is leadership in general, to be honest. Her parents know this, but look at her. She tries so hard. If she has a special talent, it's trying REALLY hard. And winging it (pun intended) so even when her haphazard plans inevitably fall through, she does a great job of rolling with the punches and making sure things work out anyway. But ask any pony working under her and they'll tell you to expect a certain amount of chaos right before any of her events.
All in all she's very well meaning, if a little… misguided. She just wants to make her parents proud and prove that she can be a great princess. She just needs to figure out how to do it her own way. She tends to get all wrapped up in her own thoughts and bump into ponies. Maybe once or twice this has led to one of those 'look at each other and blush moments' but each time she fails to notice this and hurries off.
