Thanks to dalegibson1978, for "Embarrassing magic outfit prank". I feel this needed a comma. I could parse this in so many ways… I went with with a Magical Prank dealing with ones Outfit that ended up being Embarrassing. I feel it's Starlight trying to start a prank war with the other Unicorns. Might be a fun series to draw…
