I was kinda loopy when I wrote descriptions for two of these (i just copy paste them from my patreon) see if you can guess which
1) Sunflower Oil (Celestia x Saffron Masala)
I love designing characters with sunflowers huh? They're cool flowers what can I say!! the equation is sun pony + food pony = sunflower pony?
2) Sunbeam (Celestia x Rolling Thunder)
Based off a sunbeam shining through a cloud, and/or a warm summer sky!! If you can't tell I love a blue/yellow color palette…she seems like a very typical jock pegasus type, maybe a flight instructor? Maybe her special talent is breaking through to others who are having a tough time with their training, like helping them see the light through the clouds type of deal. I get strong blue jay vibes from this one, so I imagine her having an attitude like a blue jay. If you know blue jays, you know. They're fierce little aggressive birds and bully hard but also GET bullied by other birds because of that so…who can comment on the social world of Birds.
3) Ginger Spring Princess (Celestia x Roseluck)
A SPRINGTIME PRINCESS!! I based her partially off the redhead princess from Enchanted. not much to say about this design, not because I don't like it though! i like it plenty, it's simple and sweet. Sun pony +flower pony =springtime pony
4) Limestone Sun (Celestia x Limestone Pie)
I like this boy a lot!! Commissioner was specific with the design and asked for a light grey male alicorn with a muted rainbow mane, similar in style to Limestone's, and green/pink heterochromia eyes. They also asked for a limestone sun cutie mark, which I based off those old stone sun carvings. This is also a good a time as any to tell y'all that I truly don't mind how much info you give for a commission design but if you have something specific you want in mind tell me!! There's no such thing as too specific or too much info. If you ask for a design with 100 details I probably won't get them all, but I'm 100% fine with you SUGGESTING 100 different details for me to pick and choose from. A lot of the time that's even easier than starting from scratch, though whenever I make a grid I try to make sure I can come up with at least a base idea for each square.
