Sonata: Oh come on. How can you say “no” to a cake eating contest? This was pretty much made for me.

Aria: Well, couldn’t you have picked a different costume, at the very least? It’s the same one you went “trick or treating” in last year!

Sonata: I told you, she’s my favourite. Besides, there’re no other costumes in my size.

Adagio: Well now, I simply can’t see why.

Aria: You’re getting any thinner yourself. Look at those tears.
