Ponies like to joke that Darcy packs a lot of attitude into such a tiny body.
He's a strong little man but the shortest in his grade. He has a friendly disposition but will drop people [literally and figuratively] with very little provocation. He's extremely expressive so without him having to say anything, you know what he's thinking.
He works on his family's farm and is extremely good at wrangling large animals without the need of a dog. In fact, he tends to actually growl at the cattle and has his own signature noise he makes which sounds akin to a dog's bark. He's won metals for agility and wrangling as well as coming in second for the junior Running of The Leaves.

So where's his cutie mark?
No one has the foggiest of a clue. While he's fairly good at anything relating to caring for a farm but he views anything related to representing the Apple family as a chore and isn't really drawn to farm work.
Overall, Darcy is very short but capable of great bursts of violence. He does not tolerate nonsense.
Most of his time is spent representing the Apple clan but he also likes to sneak away to be with his friends Aurora Toile, Sweet Sundae and Gemini.
