I've always thought it would be interesting if the Cutie Map called Derpy / Muffins on a mission, and this is how I imagine she'd react.

Funnily enough though, that wasn't what I was going to make this into until almost finished with the sketch. I find it much easier to draw things if I just start with a weird pose and go from there, and that's what happened here. I also tried to be a bit more stylistic, and I think it's pretty alright. The grey outlines work well with the paper texture I went for, and I actually just left the background the same color I like to sketch upon.

This might also be one of the last images I make this year, although I could see myself making one more in the next couple of days. I won't be able to create any artwork until January pretty soon though, so I hope I come back with lots of ideas to draw!
