She's happy being in the sky and all that, but she's can't take it when she's higher than the clouds, things just get too overwhelming with the ground being so small but expanding to the horizon on all sides. Her head spins and her mind is just over-stimulated. In extreme cases she can wind up having a seizure or just passing out. So she prefers low-altitude flying. Speeding along close to the ground. This causes a huge dust cloud to pick up behind her.
