Glasses, particularly on a female character, is generally a big plus. Not only is Silver Spoon classy, she's cute and I like her color combination. She was my favorite filly for awhile.
And this might sound strange, but I also identify with her to some degree. I was somebody who followed in the footsteps of another and did a lot of what I could to praise and help that person; not really a submissive underling, but that best friend style relationship.
