This OC is the child of my Fallout Equestria OC Void Flight! Her special talent is flying silently.

She isn't interested in becoming part of the military and she loves working in the gardens and mess hall of the training academy where her friends and family live/work/learn.

Her aunt Rad Blast is always trying to push her into becoming part of a stealth squadron, but Star tends to ignore her and go about her day.
